Find Peace, Purpose, and Healing.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here
Every journey is unique. here’s a few ways we can work together.
One-on-One Coaching
Our weekly sessions (in-person or virtual) will dig into the patterns and wounds that keep showing up. Together, we’ll work toward healing, confidence, and a stronger sense of who you are in Christ.
Group Coaching & Workshops
We’ll gather in a supportive space to strengthen faith, build confidence, and connect with women on similar journeys.
Equine-Assisted Coaching
We’ll meet at a local stable, individually or with a small group of women, to work alongside horses in a safe and supportive setting. Hands-on activities with horses will help you deepen your courage, confidence, and self-awareness in a unique and powerful way.
The Path to Healing & Transformation
My Approach
Faith-Rooted
God’s truth is at the center of everything we do. While I coach from a Christian perspective, you don’t have to be a Christian to benefit from this work. Everyone is welcome.
Child & Family Expertise
With over a decade supporting families in crisis, I understand how kids think, develop, and grow. I help moms not only heal their own story, but also understand their children’s behaviors and respond in healthy, productive ways.
The R.E.A.L.™ Framework
Through the R.E.A.L.™ Framework (Recognize, Examine, Acknowledge, Lean), I’ll help you recognize patterns, process emotions, release the lies you’ve been holding onto, and lean into God’s truth.
Getting Started
We’ll Start with a Conversation
During a free discovery call, we’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping for, and whether this feels like a good fit.
Coaching Sessions
Most clients meet with me once a week for an hour. Sessions are flexible, and we can meet in person at a local coffee shop, in your home, virtually through Zoom, or a phone call.
Tools Between Sessions
You’ll leave each session with reflection prompts or simple exercises to progress moving. And if something comes up between sessions, you can always reach out by call or text. While I do protect my family time, I’ll respond as soon as I’m able.
Encouragement + Accountability
I’ll be your sounding board, advocate, and accountability partner. You’ll get encouragement and guidance, but also honesty and truth with your growth and best interests in mind.

Ever since I met Leah, I instantly knew she was someone who I could have meaningful and deep conversations with. And that is exactly what happened. Leah is a person who cares passionately about people, especially with women who are seeking to find value and purpose in their lives. The Lord has used the challenges in her life to have compassion for people who may be going through similar struggles and to point them back to their Heavenly Father. Leah is an example of a person who loves selflessly and desires to use the gifts that God has given her to share them with all who are willing to receive it.

I’ve known Leah for several years, and I can honestly say she’s one of the most faith-filled, determined, and uplifting people I’ve ever met. Her faith in God guides everything she does, and it shows in the way she encourages others, listens with compassion, and helps people see purpose even in their struggles. What I love most about her is her ability to always find the good in every situation. No matter what’s going on, she brings a sense of calm, hope, and perspective that reminds you things will work out for the best. Her persistence and vision are truly inspiring - she doesn’t just talk about change; she lives it and helps others do the same. Watching her step into this new season as a life coach has been such a joy. She was born for this. If you’re looking for someone who will believe in you, challenge you to grow, and help you see life through eyes of faith and gratitude, Leah is exactly who you need.

Leah is one of the most caring, genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Her passion for helping women live their best, most intentional lives truly shines through in everything she does. Even in a single workshop, it’s clear that she creates a space that feels safe, encouraging, and inspiring. She has a special way of helping you slow down, reflect, and get to the root of what really matters. Leah is passionate, kind, and open-minded, and incredibly supportive.

Uncovering some of the things holding me down in my life has been eye-opening. I have found that daily habits that I’ve incorporated are affecting all areas of my life in a very positive way. One of my primary goals of working with Leah was to deepen my faith. While I’m a work in progress at this point, I’m starting to feel nudges and have been able to identify the “God moments” in my life that I would have chalked up to coincidence before. Leah’s faith background is similar to mine and to see her relationship with Jesus in action gives me hope that I can have that too. My husband was skeptical about me seeing a life coach. He didn’t think it was something I needed to do. He’s seeing the changes I’m making at this point. I deleted several apps that were sucking my time and energy, and distracting me from my time with him and the kids, and he said he wants to call Leah to say thank you. This is certainly not the only change he’s noticed, but a big moment as it truly does affect our relationship for me to be attached to my phone. I’m not perfect, but I am working towards becoming my best self. I give Leah all the credit for helping me become the person I’ve wanted to be.

I didn’t know I needed Leah until a social horse weekend getaway allowed us to have more than a casual, surface conversation. Leah invests in relationships, and has a wisdom about human motivations and responses that is well beyond her years; so our time together made me realize I had pushed emotional insecurities down for decades. I made a decision to invest in me and asked her if I could do her program. Leah truly listened, having developed a program that allowed me to be me…giving an emotional safety net to areas where I had feared to be vulnerable with anybody else… her encouragement during the tough introspective times was an invaluable resource for me, moving me into a place of real freedom!! Finishing her program, I now experience a sense of freedom to know who I am, and really like and even love how I am designed! I no longer try (hope) to change other people, but am at peace being able to love them where they are. I have an incredible sense of gratitude for Leah and her giftedness to help me on a journey to be able to embrace life and relationships like I have never done before!!

Leah has become my great friend over the last 7 years. I have learned of the personal heartbreak that she has endured. She has a heart-warming story of pain being overcome via grace, forgiveness, and trusting God. She integrates her challenging story into her coaching and workshops. I’ve had the good fortune to attend her workshops where she helps her clients and guests consider their own need for reflection and healing.
